Recommend this place and will be back. The hotel was small family run, spent my time lovely here. Got great-sized and well-kept room with a balcony. Central heating, a multi-channel television, and a seating area were useful. Next to a bus station, it was a real bonus.

Service / staff was wonderful. The food at the restaurant was excellent (for dinner). The breakfast was a typical European spread, but still good. Guest are allowed to have pets (I believe there is no size limit...we paid 5 EUR extra per night for our dog.)
Our room was comfortable, but a bit old looking.

The staff were phenomenal, we had quite an issue with our car and getting stuck while we were guests, and they did everything they could to help us out. They even called their personal service to come out and help! I have never seen such hospitality in my life. The room was very nice with an amazing view. The bar and facilities are gorgeous and it was very reasonably priced. Its only a few minutes from Old Town Innsbruck, and just a very lovely and warm family place. I loved every second that we stayed there, even with our issues. It made us appreciate that people can just be genuinely nice to one another.

Room was good, comfortable. Had adjoining room with children which worked out well for us. Free Wifi. Staff great. Food in dining room was suburb!
Room window would not open. Not a problem in Jan, although relatively warm out, would be a problem in summer.

There are amazing views from the dining room and the staff was friendly.
Not specific to this location, but smoking inside near the dining area really puts a damper on breakfast.

Beautiful view of the Alps. Good food in the restaurant.
The people are nice but they do not have enough staff and seem harried at times. The rooms are a bit shabby and need updating. Not very comfortable. Breakfast selection was not as good as most places we stayed.
